The Behavioral Health program and the ACT program are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitionerout of our Albany and Schenectady, NY Location. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive Psychiatric services to Adults who are enrolled in the ACT program. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be able to seechildren.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric services to adults enrolled in ACT and BehavioralHealthas assigned
- Provide consultation to staff on diagnostic and treatment questions
- Participate in formal and informal training and education to staff·Prescribe medications, monitor, and review of drug regimen for ACT enrolled individuals
- Participate in quality assurance activities, consult with the ACT Team in developing and reviewing service plans for all ACT enrolled individuals
- Provide clinical expertise, consultation, and technical assistance to the ACT Team/Behavioral Health, cooperate with the County and participate in any quality audit and utilization review ·Provide on-site/community based/home visits medication evaluations and reviews.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Requires Board Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Must have a minimum of two years working with adults who have Seriously and persistently mentally ill.
- Must be fully licensed Nurse Practitionerin the State of New York.

Job Summary | The Sr. Business Manager reports to the Vice President of Information Services and Technology, and Chief Information Officer. This role is responsible for managing the business and financial operations of the portfolio including finance, budget, personnel, space and facilities planning, and oversight of all fiscal and operating protocols. Job Summary | The Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track (or tenured) faculty position at the Associate Professor level in Business Analytics/Supply Chain Management starting Fall 2024. Candidates must have a PhD degree from an accredited university in Analytics, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field, along with demonstrated evidence to produce original and innovative scholarly work with publications in premier business journals. The successful candidate will join the School either as a tenure-track assistant professor, or as an associate professor, based on teaching and research experience and success. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated potential and commitment to effective teaching in our graduate and undergraduate degree programs in supply chain and business analytics, as well as provide service to the School of Management and to Rensselaer. The position requires excellence in research in the area of supply chain and analytics, effective written communication skills, and strong technical skills in areas such as analytical modeling, data management, machine learning and computation. Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and Blockchain and in topics relevant to global shifts in supply chains would be a plus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with and develop research initiatives aligned both within the Lally School and with the new strategic research initiatives at Rensselaer. Job Summary | The Director of Real Estate directs all activities associated with land management/leases; real estate revenue activities; building and land acquisition/sales; building and land appraisals; all Rensselaer property-related tax payments; Rensselaer tax exemption requirements; and special activities, that include leases and subleases of external facilities, fraternity/sorority land/building leases and finances; estate activities and community issues. The Director is responsible for leading real estate and economic development programs to attract diverse and innovative partners to engage on properties owned by the Institution both residential and commercial, inclusive of properties at Rensselaer Technology Park (RTP). This will comprise extensive collaboration with multiple portfolios including the Office of Strategic Alliances and Translation (OSAT), Provost, Student Life, OCEC, and Finance. The Director is responsible to develop programs to attract and maintain tenant occupants of RTP and create a self-funded real estate program. Programs that cultivate community and regional relationships and foster an exchange of ideas between community leaders, industry partners, researchers and students. The Director is responsible for all fiscal management of the RTP and real estate program including operating and capital budget development and financial controls to achieve goals. |

Job Summary | The Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at RENSSELAER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE in Troy, NY, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or tenured Associate Professor position in Materials Science and Engineering with expertise and potential in the broad area of bulk/thin film metallic materials. Job Summary | The Economic and Industry Analyst will analyze and make recommendations for progress of the sustainable fashion industry, from farms and new materials to processing to brands and design, in New York State and in general (in the U.S. and worldwide). The Analyst will review and keep abreast of pertinent studies and research, and will seek information from industry data sources, carry out interviews and surveys, and analyze and interpret the information. The work is based at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as part of the Fashion Innovation Center (FIC). About EMPAC | Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center “The concert hall of the 21st century has arrived. But in addition, the huge building, laid out on a hillside, houses a 400-seat theater with comparable versatility; two black-box studios, one geared more toward sound, the other toward sight; and space for rehearsals and other uses. And for their electronic and data needs, all these components have access to one of the world’s biggest supercomputers.” The New York Times (10/08/2008) At the Curtis R. Priem Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center (EMPAC) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Institute), the arts, sciences, and technology meet under one roof in four exceptional venues. This incredible 220,000 square foot building, designed by London-based Grimshaw Architects, opened in 2008 and is an unmatched model of acoustics, infrastructure, and architectural engineering with state-of-the-art performing arts infrastructure and architectural engineering. EMPAC’s concert hall features 1,165 seats with the ability to sculpt the acoustical soundscape for musical performances and equipment for screens, projections, and staging elements. The Goodman Studio/Theater and Studio 2 are versatile spaces that can be used to create immersive experiences utilizing both projection and sound technology. EMPAC’s theater features computer-controlled rigging, a sixty-foot fly tower, and advanced recording audio and video recording technology. Beyond the four core venues, EMPAC houses residency studios, research offices, green room, soloists/conductor suites, changing rooms, and the main lobby level, as well as café and mezzanine levels, which are often used by students as studying and meeting spaces. EMPAC currently commissions, presents, and researches interdisciplinary time-based visual art and the entire range of performing arts genres. Job Summary | The Executive Director of EMPAC will guide and deliver on its mission and vision as a global center at the intersection of the arts, science, and technology. They will be accountable for a strategic direction, business model, and adaptive change that are in alignment with the Institute’s Rensselaer Forward plan, including the goal to create the most welcoming and inclusive community possible for faculty, staff, students, and the external community EMPAC serves. The Executive Director will maintain a presence both on and off campus by actively participating in the community and establishing international visibility at relevant conferences and other events that increase exposure and access to artists that could curate, produce, or be presented by EMPAC. These activities are focused on preserving an integrated interdisciplinary pedagogical approach to research, programs, and campus events that inspire active participation by faculty and students in and attendance at EMPAC. The Executive Director will partner with each of the School Deans and Institute Administration to coordinate student learning outcomes, activating EMPAC as a hub for student learning on campus. They will oversee, inspire, and collaborate with a dedicated staff while investing in them and securing the resources that ensure EMPAC remains at the forefront of technological advancements. In collaboration with Institute Advancement and the President, the Executive Director will establish and maintain a portfolio of donor relationships that support the capital and operating needs of EMPAC, including its facilities, programs, and research. Additionally, the Executive Director will spearhead plans with the Office of Community Engagement and Communications to engage with local and regional organizations, as well as too raise the unique profiles of both EMPAC and the Institute in the region and on national and international levels. EMPAC’s core annual operating budget in fiscal 2024 is $4.6 million with additional expenses embedded in the Institute’s operational structure, and it has approximately 40 full-time staff. Qualifications | Qualifications The successful candidate will have a minimum of a master’s degree, or equivalent experience, and 8-10 years of senior management expertise in commissioning, promoting, programming, producing, and/or presenting contemporary music, theater, dance, multi-media, or other experimental creative industry initiatives. A comprehensive understanding of associated production, capacity utilization (both venue and staff), audience development, and venue management is important. Although experience in an academic environment is helpful, those with demonstrable results in nonprofit or corporate structures are welcome to pursue this unique opportunity. Exceptional relationship management, donor cultivation, and creative industries expertise with leading producers and artists at the national and international level is preferred. The capacity to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends is required in best serving the needs of numerous stakeholders. Job Summary | The Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute invites applications for a faculty position in Game Development to begin Fall 2024, to teach courses in game design, development, and production. Appointment will be at the rank of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Professor of Practice, with a multi-year, renewable contract. |
Minimum Qualifications | Applicants must possess an MFA, PhD, or foreign equivalent in Game Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Evidence of effective teaching, and the ability to demonstrate, through accomplishment, promise of academic, scholarly and/or research achievement. They will demonstrate proficiency in one or more game engines, along with a robust background in project management and production processes within the gaming industry. Additionally, candidates must exhibit a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. For appointment at the rank of Senior Lecturer, candidates must also have attained a significant level of scholarly activity, research output, or individual creative practice. A Professor of Practice has obtained unique professional experience, has distinguished research, and/or has performed at an executive or officer level, and has made a significant impact within the field of games. A Professor of Practice is expected to have substantial leadership experience of at least (10-15 years) and generally a national or international reputation for excellence in their field of expertise. Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Youth Program
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Package for highly qualified candidates
Northern Rivers Family of Services seeks a leader for the Youth ACT Crisis Response program in Schenectady, NY. Seeking an experienced professional who will develop and supervise a multi-disciplinary team that provides services to youth and families with the highest level of need in the community. The over-arching goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement, in-patient hospitalization, and involvement with the child welfare system by expanding services to youth ages 10 to 21 with significant psychiatric needs, who are at risk of institutional level of care, and who require intensive interventions to support the child and family’s complex needs.
The Director will also have the opportunity to develop their team’s skills to maximize their impact on the individuals and communities the Youth ACT program serves while also providing clinical and administrative oversight to the program in collaboration with the NYS OMH and NRFS leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with county mental health leadership to coordinate admissions to Youth ACT and successful discharges to lower levels of care
- Coordinate with prescribers, licensed mental health professionals, and team members with specialized expertise to provide youth and families with comprehensive care
- Facilitate team building, staff training, and staff supervision to develop a cohesive, high performing team
- Collaborate with agency leadership to develop the Youth ACT program as a best-practice model in New York State
- Provide outreach and education to community providers about Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) including the program philosophy, outcomes, and best practices
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other agencies, schools, hospitals, primary care providers, housing authorities, and law enforcement agencies to assist in meeting the needs of the youth and families served
- Provide direct services to youth and families through collaboration with members of the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure the development of person-centered, youth-driven treatment plans that assist youth and families in addressing their barriers and creating real and lasting change in their lives

We are seeking a high energy, motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor in our Coxsackie, NY Distribution Center.
The primary duties of the Night Shift Supervisor will strive to achieve the production and
distribution objectives of the company using supervisory methods and coaching techniques. Is
responsible for warehouse training, developing warehouse personnel to ensure accurate, on
time, and damage free movement of product shipped out of the warehouse. Will help build a
team environment of well-trained employees. Employ excellent communication skills to facilitate
completion of night shift job duties. Follow and promote the accepted safety practices to
maintain a safe working environment. Emphasis will be placed on proper truck loading and
breakage and damaged product control ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Position will also learn the processes and serve as a back up to the night managers in the areas
of shift production set up; understanding how to and executing on waving, label creation, job
assignment, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed to ensure successful night shift
work completion in the absence of the night shift Manager.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
• Must be able to multi-task and stay on top of highly complex processes with a large
amount of data.
• Must be able to maintain composure and stay focused in times of stress.
• Must be able to recognize problems at an early stage and be able to communicate and
trouble shoot to resolve the problems.
• Must possess good communication skills to keep night management fully apprised of
situations that arise. When necessary, will need to contact technical support to resolve
system and software problems.
• Supervises warehouse union employees. Working knowledge and a thorough
understanding of the Collective Bargaining Unit Contract is required.
• Expected to provide staff coaching for improvement as well as praise for a job well done.
• Works with all hourly employees to insure the accurate picking of orders and proper
loading of trucks.
• Must have knowledge of SAP, Lucas, and all warehouse management systems.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules,
and regulations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises members of the night warehouse team. Works closely with Management to direct the
workflow in an efficient and professional manner. Is responsible for providing effective
leadership while fostering a positive team environment and providing overall direction,
coordination, and evaluation of the department. Performs supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are
not limited to training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; recognizing,
rewarding, and coaching; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Empire Merchants North offers a competitive compensation package including:

• Hourly Rate $28.85 per hour / Full time / Monday - Thursday

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certifications and/or licenses
EXPERIENCE:
-High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
-At least 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
-Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer systems.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals.
-Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals.
-Must be a results oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication
skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as strong customer service skills.
-Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pays attention to detail and
meets deadlines.

Job Summary | The Gift Administration Officer composes all gift agreements for major donors at the Institute in collaboration with major gift officers, financial offices, and other advancement team members. The Gift Administration Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all endowed funds from inception through completion, ensuring all endowed fund agreements are written and executed in accordance with the highest standards in the industry. |
